The Bradley Method® is the most comprehensive childbirth course available.

Curriculum: anatomy, physiology and chemistry of birth, pain management, how to know you’re in labor, timing contractions, when to leave for the birth location, how your partner can coach you through labor, nutrition & exercise for pregnancy, advocacy, the cascade of interventions, making a birth plan, how to choose (or fire) your provider, how to pack for labor, how give birth in hospital, a birth center, or at home. And a whole bunch more.

This is a 12-class series.

The course meets once per week for 12 consecutive weeks.

All participants attend in person.

Each class is 2 hours.

Classes meet on Naples Island in Long Beach, California (if you don’t live locally, check out my online classes)

Class fee: $675 and this fee covers you and your partner for all 12 classes.

You can reserve your spot in class with a non-refundable $75 deposit that goes toward the full fee.

The remainder of the class fee is due 7 days prior to the start of class.

Once the full fee is paid, there will be no refunds except in very rare cases.
