When you invest in one of my online childbirth courses, we’ll meet every week for 2-2.5 hours (depending which course you choose). The classes are meant to be interactive and encourage conversation so you’ll get to know other attendees in class
Personalized attention
A live childbirth class is so effective because you’ll be able to ask all the questions you have. There is lecture, but it’s not a podcast. You’re encouraged to ask lots and lots of questions. You are also encouraged to use me as a resource even outside of class time.
Classes are kept small to insure this personalized attention
Supplemental Materials and Information
Besides all of the information shared in class, you’ll receive weekly emails chock full of supplemental information, a resource list (featuring my favorite providers, therapists, trainers, etc), discount codes for fun baby stuff, and a google sheet filled with favorite links to websites, articles, and studies

The Bradley Method® with Lia
8- or 12-class series - Live Online Via Zoom
This course meets once per week for 8 or 12 consecutive weeks, depending which class you choose.
The Bradley Method ® is the most comprehensive childbirth course available.
The Bradley Method ® isn’t just a class - it’s an experience.
We dive deep into the history of birth in the U.S. to understand how it is we currently have a 33% c-section rate. We learn about the anatomy, physiology, chemistry, and psychology of childbirth. You’ll learn how to manage the pain of childbirth using relaxation and many other comfort measures. The course is geared to prepare your partner to coach you through pregnancy and labor.
By the end of the course, your partner is going to have a full understanding of what you’re about to do - and they’ll actually be excited for labor to star. Not terrified.
One class will be asynchronous, via a recorded module with no logging into class for that week.
All participants attend live online via Zoom (cameras are required to be on).
8 week course: Each class is 2.5 hours ( this course will not cover breastfeeding ).
12 week course: Each class is 2 hours.
Classes are broadcast from Your Natural Birth on Naples Island in Long Beach, California.
Classes are not recorded.
Lia’s YNB Crash Course

This course meets once per week for 4 - 5 consecutive weeks (depending on the season).
This course will prepare you and your partner to navigate labor and birth. You’ll learn how to advocate for yourselves and have an empowered birth.
All participants attend live online via Zoom (cameras are required to be on).
One class will be asynchronous, via a recorded module with no logging into class for that week.
Each class meets for 2.5 hours.
Classes are broadcast from Your Natural Birth on Naples Island in Long Beach, California.
Classes are not recorded.

Taking an online class that is live vs. downloading a recorded class offers many benefits:
You’ll be able to ask all your questions as they come up.
You’ll get answers that consider your individual circumstance. You won’t get glossy, over-generalized answers that prove to be not so helpful in your particular case.
You’ll get to know other like-minded parents who are seeking a common path and outcome for their labor and birth.
And if you’re more of an introvert and prefer to not exhaust your social battery, you can choose when you’d like and not like to participate in class activities and discussion.

What to know
These classes are coach-based. Bring your partner to class. This will be your birth coach.
Having your camera on is required.
You and your coach are permitted to attend from separate locations.
You will get the best of me if we can see you - Your energy is what makes the class amazing.
Because interaction is encouraged and very personal, classes are not recorded.
If you miss a class, there is almost always a way to make up the class, just coordinate with me as soon as possible.
