You’ll take what you learn in this class and use it daily as a training to improve your birth experience.

 How your partner can coach you through labor

 How to know you're in labor, what to do then, how to time contractions, when to leave for the birth location

 Advocacy

 Complications and Variations of labor (back labor, cord around the neck, breech, etc)

 Packing for labor 

 Building a birth plan

 How to avoid an induction you don't want

This 4-week series will also include one 2-hour recorded module that you'll be able to watch on your own. It's advisable to watch the class within the 4-week class period so that you can bring any questions you have to the class.
