We will cover everything from anatomy to pain management to stages and phases of labor to how your partner can coach you to advocacy - we’ll just cover it super fast. There will be lots of supplemental info offered via emails and in-class handouts.
You’ll also have access to me outside of class for questions and guidance for the 4 weeks of class

Spinning Babies® isn’t just for breech babies - the “upside down” ones - it’s for every body and every baby
This workshop will give you prenatal exercises and movements to help your body find balance and your baby find space. You and your partner will also learn positions and techniques for labor
This is a perfect addition to any comprehensive childbirth class. It’s best taken just before the second trimester, but it’s never to late to benefit from the tools and techniques of a Spinning Babies® workshop
Included: Spinning Babies® eBook, Parent handouts, Labor packing list, Sample Birth plan
All participants attend in person
