8-class online course in The Bradley Method® - Class meets live online via zoom weekly for 2.5 hours
Classes are taught by me, Lia Berquist, CD, AAHCC, CD(TVL), SpBCPE
WHEN: every week at 11:30am - 2:00pm for 8 classes - PLEASE NOTE: No class December 20 or 27. Class 6 (Jan 24) will be asynchronous, via a recording and we will not log into Zoom for this class
WHO: you and your chosen partner. This is absolutely a coached-based course. Please encourage your partner to attend and participate. If you don’t have a partner, you are still absolutely welcome!
WHAT: this is The Bradley Method® - however, it is an accelerated course. We will cover everything from anatomy to pain management to stages and phases of labor, to how your partner can coach you through pregnancy & labor, to advocacy
You’ll also have access to me outside of class for questions and guidance for the full 8 weeks
Virtual doula services are also available at a discounted rate when you choose this class
Classes are not recorded. If you must miss a class, connect with me to help you find a make-up class - HOWEVER, given the holiday season, options will be limited
