8-class online course based on The Bradley Method® - Class meets live online via zoom weekly for 2 hours

Classes are taught by me, Lia Berquist, CD, AAHCC, CD(TVL)

WHEN: every week at 11:30am - 1:30pm for 8 classes - PLEASE NOTE: No class December 20 or 27. ALSO Class 6 (Jan 24) will be asynchronous, via a recording and we will not log in for this class

WHO: you and your chosen partner

WHAT: this is not The Bradley Method® - however, it is based in the teachings of Dr. Robert Bradley. We will cover everything from anatomy to pain management to stages and phases of labor, to how your partner can coach you through pregnancy & labor, to advocacy

You’ll also have access to me outside of class for questions and guidance for the full 8 weeks
