12-class In-Person course in The Bradley Method® - Class meets weekly for 2 hours in Long Beach, California. Classes are taught by me, Lia Berquist, CD, AAHCC, CD(TVL)

WHEN: every week at 6:30pm - 8:30pm for 12 classes

WHO: you and your chosen partner (Doulas must pay a separate fee)

WHAT: this is The Bradley Method®

We will cover everything from anatomy to pain management to stages and phases of labor, to how your partner can coach you, to advocacy. We will also focus on lactation and postpartum. Click here to read the full curriculum.

You’ll also have access to me outside of class for questions and guidance for the full 12-weeks and beyond - right up to your labor.

Full Virtual doula services are also available at a discounted rate when you choose this class.
