4-class childbirth education course - Class meets in person weekly for 2.5 hours
Classes are taught by me, Lia Berquist, CD, AAHCC, CD(TVL), SpBCPE
WHEN: every week at 6:30pm - 9:00pm for 4 classes
WHO: you and your chosen partner
WHAT: this is a crash course in childbirth
We will cover everything from anatomy to pain management to stages and phases of labor to how your partner can coach you to advocacy - we’ll just cover it super fast. There will be lots of supplemental info offered via emails and in-class handouts.
You’ll also have access to me outside of class for questions and guidance for the 4 weeks of class
Virtual doula services are also available at a discounted rate when you choose this class.
If you must miss a class, connect with me to help you find a make-up class. - but it’s best that you’re available for all 4 classes
