8-class online course based on The Bradley Method® - Class meets live online via zoom weekly for 2 hours.

Classes are taught by me, Lia Berquist, CD, AAHCC, CD(TVL)

WHEN: every week at 11:30am - 1:30pm for 8 classes - PLEASE NOTE: Class 6 will be asynchronous, via a recording and we will not log in for this class

WHO: you and your chosen partner

WHAT: this is not The Bradley Method® - however, it is based in the teachings of Dr. Robert Bradley. We will cover everything from anatomy to pain management to stages and phases of labor, to how your partner can coach you through pregnancy & labor, to advocacy.

You’ll also have access to me outside of class for questions and guidance for the full 8 weeks.

Virtual doula services are also available at a discounted rate when you choose this class.
