8-class In-Person course in The Bradley Method® - Class meets in Long Beach, California, taught by me, Lia Berquist, CD, AAHCC, CD(TVL)

WHEN: every week at 6:30pm - 8:30pm for 8 classes - PLEASE NOTE: There will be no class May 17

WHO: you and your chosen partner (Doulas must be pre-approved and pay a separate fee)

WHAT: We will cover everything from anatomy to pain management to stages and phases of labor, to how your partner can coach you through pregnancy & labor, to advocacy. And so much more. This course isn’t just a class - it’s an experience. What you learn here will last you a lifetime. The lactation, newborn care, and postpartum portion of The Bradley Method® will not be covered in class for this series. You will have access to a recorded class for breastfeeding.

You’ll have access to me outside of class for questions and guidance for the full 8-weeks and beyond - right up to labor.
