12-class online course in The Bradley Method® - Class meets live online via zoom weekly for 2 hours
Classes are taught by me, Lia Berquist, CD, AAHCC, CD(TVL)
WHEN: every week at 6:30pm - 8:30pm for 12 classes - PLEASE NOTE: There will be no class September 7; Class 9 (Nov 2) will be asynchronous, via a recorded module and we will not log into Zoom for this class
WHO: you and your chosen partner (Doulas are not permitted to attend)
WHAT: this is The Bradley Method® We will cover everything from anatomy to pain management to stages and phases of labor, to how your partner can coach you, to advocacy. We will also focus on lactation and postpartum
