5-class online crash course in childbirth education - Class meets live online via zoom weekly for 2.5 hours

Classes are taught by me, Lia Berquist, CD, AAHCC, CD(TVL)

WHEN: every week at 11:30am - 2:00pm for 4 classes - Class 5 of 5 (July 5) will be asynchronous, via a recorded class that you and your partner will watch together

WHO: you and your chosen partner

WHAT: this is a crash course. We’re going to cover what you’ll need to get an empowered birth. We will cover everything from anatomy - to pain management - to stages and phases of labor - to how your partner can coach you through pregnancy & labor - to advocacy.

You’ll also have access to me outside of class for questions and guidance for the full 5 weeks

Virtual doula services are also available at a discounted rate when you choose this class.

Classes are not recorded. If you must miss a class, connect with me to help you find a make-up class.
