12-class In-Person course in The Bradley Method® - Class meets in Long Beach, California, taught by me, Lia Berquist, CD, AAHCC, CD(TVL)

WHEN: every week at 6:30pm - 8:30pm for 12 classes - PLEASE NOTE: Class 7 (July 19) and Class 11 (August 16) will be live online via Zoom at 9:00 am, and not in person. Connect with me if Sunday at 9am does not work for you for these dates. There is an option to attend online the following night at 6:30pm.

WHO: you and your chosen partner (Doulas must be pre-approved and pay a separate fee)

WHAT: this is The Bradley Method® We will cover everything from anatomy to pain management to stages and phases of labor, to how your partner can coach you through pregnancy & labor, to advocacy. And so much more. This course isn’t just a class - it’s an experience. What you learn here will last you a lifetime.We will also focus on lactation and postpartum

Virtual doula services are included when you choose this class. You’ll have access to me outside of class for questions and guidance for the full 12-weeks and beyond - right up to and during your labor

If you must miss a class, connect with me to help you find a make-up class. Online classes are not recorded.
